Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
Given the nature of these products, there are no refunds or returns. Please note that if you do not reply back to the proof email within 48hrs, your products will be printed as they were entered into the personalization box. If your package gets lost in the mail, please see "shipping" below.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24hrs of purchase. Once the proof has been approved, you cannot cancel the order.

Shipping

Once you receive a tracking number, shipping is out of my control. Which means, if your package does not arrive, does not arrive on time, or delivers to the wrong house, there is nothing that I can do. You must call your local post office and or file a claim. If your package gets lost, and you need them re-printed, I will happily do so at my cost.
